For calculating greenhouse Gas emissions: Has anyone used the WRI-WBCSD Greenhouse Gas Protocol Standard for international Projects?
This is stated as an ACP under international tips in the reference guide. The fuel mix has a large role to play in the GHG emissions to offset-(for 1000 MWh in Switzerland for instance - between 30 and 400MtCo2e). The USGBC does not specify the documentation that is required to justify the fuel mix chosen.
Has anyone filed this credit with this option before and what documentation was required?

Also, on the credit form the calculation is based on Direct GHG factors from the guide. How should be explained the ACP within the form?

Anyone has insights on this ACP? I feel like we're missing information on how to file this option...

It appears there is a "local option" in a couple places in EApc95v4. It is the alternative Energy Performance pilot credit. We're concerned about getting precise guidance on how we document the local fuel mix in Seattle. We know what it is, but not certain about GBCI recognizing our justification. If you can support it with public info from your utility then use that to comply maybe?
