I have recycled content information for a product, but it doesn’t specify whether it is pre-consumer or post-consumer. What should I do?

The recycled content percentage on the product data sheet is given as a range. What should I do?

The manufacturer can't give me product-specific recycled content data, but they say that they fall within the national industry average. Can I use that?

Is the default average recycled content value of 25% for steel still allowed?

When documenting the furniture value of an order for credits MRc4 thru Mrc7, do we include local tax, installation and freight on the total order? The verbiage throws me off as it states all install cost incured by the contractor. Which is not the case for furniture, only the furniture dealership cost is relevant.

Severine, you would include all expenses to deliver the material to the project site.
