We are attempting to get the Fundamental Refrigerant Management credit as a campus credit. We are going to peruse the economic feasibility option with leakage tracking. For a campus is the leakage rate determined per unit or as an average like the heat island credit? For example if we have one machine with 18% annual leakage and 3 with 0% annual leaking could we still get the credit?
