NC-2009 EAp1:Fundamental Commissioning of Building Energy Systems

Fundamental Commissioning of On-Site Solar Array

I am working on a project that, through a series of contract issues during construction, does not have commissioning documents for the PV array. We do have a monitoring system which has been tracking the renewable generation for the past 3 or 4 years. Does anyone know in this complicated LEED post-processing situation what documentation is needed to fulfill the requirement? Can we submit the data from the output monitoring system?

What type of project/client is it?  For university projects with qualified facilities staff we have found that the owner may perform commissioning/validate successful performance and output on a PV system.

It's a transportation project, with the city's department of transportation as a client
