Hi all,
I would like to ask if the same tiles are being used in the toilets and at the stairs as well then can we count it as 2 separate products or it has to be one product?
Thank you all in advance.

Thanks Paula for the quick response. I would also like to ask if the tiles are used to cover the wall and floor then the functions are different, right? So, I presume it can be counted as two products with two functions i.e covering walls and covering floor, am I right?
Thanks again.

It is the same product, so no - it counts as one EPD. However, for the Low-Emitting credit, if you were doing v4.1, the tile would fall in both the flooring and the wall assembly categories, so you would be documenting it twice and need to split the cost/SF (depending on how you are documenting) between the two different uses.
