Hello LEED experts, I have a very pressing question which im hoping to gain insight. What is the functional difference between LEED ND and LEED Community? In comparing all the benefits and purpose statements, they seem instrinsically the same (aside from some MPRs). My client could likely go for one or the other depending on their boundries, making the decision very difficult. Im hoping to validate the following sentiments:

1. LEED ND is slightly outdated, given it was launched in 2009. Communities is really the upgraded version and there is no tangible benefit for going for ND over community. Agree or disagree?

2. Most projects are going for Community and ND is probably being phased out. Agree or disagree?
