Hi all,
I am working on a BD+C New Construction project for a football stadium. The estimation of the full time employees is pretty much straight forward. As there will hardly be any spectactors(visitors) during non-event days and we are expecting about 150-200 of events day in a year, how should I calculate the daily occupancy and peak visitor occupancy for this project?
