Does LEED have any requirements on spacing or the type of bike racks used? What about security?
Are there specific requirements for the changing rooms, such as size?
Do bike racks have to be within the LEED project boundary?
Is a general storage room that is accessible to residents acceptable for covered bike storage?
Do I round up or down? What if the calculations show that I need 0.5 showers?

Hi Shannon, I guess I don't understand your question. The FTE calc is based on how many people are working at the office. The room types only play into it indirectly. I would say that no dedicated staff are likely to be assigned to a conference room so it shouldn't add to your FTE figure.

Yes, the 250 sf/ per occupant for general office is based on gross square feet, so you'll want to use one total for overall office area and divide that by 250 rather than sharpen your pencil too much and calculate room-by-room..
