FTE calculation for gallery space

I have a mixed used core and shell building with the following space types: - Retail - Office - Large gallery in the middle of the bulding which works as a main entrance to the large campus developent project (about 17% of GBA). Can anyone suggest me how to calculation FTE for this part of the building? Thank you!

I would use the CS Appendix 1 in the NCv2009 Reference guide for the Retail and Office spaces. For the Gallery Space I would inquire with the architect or owner what the anticipated staff count would be. For the total number of occupants of this space, the CS Appendix does not provide exact guidance so I would use ASHRAE 62.1 2007 table 6-1 which has an occupancy category called "museums/galleries" and has an occupant density 40 ppl per 1000 SF or the "main entry lobbies" category which has an occupant density of 10ppl per 1000SF Anyone else have any thoughts?

This a good idea. Gallery is not like CS but more close to NC. This part of building will be fully built so I will ask architect to elaborate staff schedule for this area. Thank you!
