Flushing Out a Hockey Rink

My project is a new construction hockey arena pursuing Option 1, Path 1 for the flush out. The thing is, we have ice. Ambient temperatures will not be above 60 degrees.

Has anyone achieved this credit with Special Circumstances regarding temperature during the flush out?

GBCI will allow the flushout to go below 60 if the space is designed for continous operation of a lower temperature. We've done flushouts in big factories with walk-in & drive-in coolers/freezers and noted that such coolers/freezers were kept below 60 F during flushout and still achieved the flushout option.
