Does a floor leveling product get listed as a floor coating?

Yes, it would be a floor coating but likely you have a mineral based floor coating which complies with IEQ levels automatically. Are you using a cement based product or a gypsum based product?
It's a cement base product used to level an existing concrete floor over which with ceramic tile or resilient flooring will be installed.
Floor coatings are required to comply with SCAQMD 1113, but the manufacturer indicates that it complies with SCAQMD 1168, not sure what they categorize the product as. It has zero VOC's per the manufacturer's information, so either way it complies 1113 or 1168. Think GBCI will make an issue of it?
I don't believe there would be an issue.
I doubt it.
