2. Lighting requirement from ASHRAE 90.1-2007 Appendix G? ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G TABLE 9.4.5 identifies limiting lighting power density for special lighting features (floodlighting on the Football Pitches) of 0.2 W/ft2 (2W/m2). Given that floodlights are external and are required for the purpose of the development (i.e. are not feature lights), if we could exclude them from compliance calculations?

All energy use within and associated with the project needs to be included for LEED. In addition the project must comply with the mandatory provisions and exterior lighting compliance is a mandatory provision.
