I have a 6000sf existing building with almost 70% of it offices and 30% retail.
All building is under the same management. I have the operation data for all months. I have registered it for LEED EB O&M but I am sensing I got it wrong. Please advise me how to proceed.

Hi, Ioannis! What is the scope of the work for this building? Are you renovating the building or wanting to certify the building's operations as-is?

The building is already renovated but we want to make it LEED certified in order to promote LEED Certification in Greece. So we want to certify as it is but not sure if we can do it since apart from an office building, part of the ground floor( 25-30%) is retail.

You can definitely certify a building that is mixed-use. The fact that a portion of the building is offices and another portion is retail will not be an issue.
Does the building owner occupy the office portion of the building?

The building owner is one. The main question is if we can certify the building as LEED EB O& M or due to the mixed use we need to chose a different Rating system.

Ioannis. As this is an existing building with 70% office space you probably only have the option of LEED EB. (If the retail was closer to 50% then there might be reason to look at EBOM existing Retail in V4). Should you be making any huge construction changes to the whole building...then LEED BD&C might be appropriate. IF there is construction internally then the addition of a LEED ID&C mIght be applicable.

Ioannis,
You do not have to choose a different rating system because of the mixed-use nature of the building. Hope Barry and I have helped!
