Hello Sustainability Leaders,
Our next First Friday Fika* is tomorrow -- Friday, September 1st at 11am ET (8am PT). We'll meet on Zoom for some lightly structured coffee-chat time. This includes both facilitated sharing and open conversation about the topics you're interested in at the moment. Any Peer Network member who wants to say hi and chat with some of their fellow Sustainability Leaders is welcome! You're also free to drop in and out, no need to commit to the full hour.
This month we'll focus on the topic du jour--Project Process roadmaps. We had a great kickoff web meeting yesterday with about 65 people, and we'll follow-up on that in the Fika. I'll give a quick update on what we covered, and then we can all talk about our own challenges with and approaches to documenting an effective project process for sustainability.

*What is a fika? Pronounced fee-ka, this is a Swedish custom of taking a break from work to have a coffee and a snack while catching up with friends. It’s a chance to slow down and connect, something we could probably all use a little more of. So we invite you once a month to take an hour out of your day and come fika with your Sustainability Leader peers!
