NC-v4 EQp1:Minimum indoor air quality performance

Filtering for direct evaporative cooling

Do we need to meet the filtration requirments for fresh air when using a DEC cooling? Does anyone have experience with this, as our system does not allow for any kind of filtration post cooling, and i thought i saw somewhere that DEC systems do not require it but was not 100% clear on the wording in what i previously red.
