factory oiled solid wooden boards

Hello,

I have the floor made of factory oiled solid wooden boards. I assume that documents which I am supposed to submit for these material are: the statement from the manufacturer that wood is solid and the data sheet with VOC content. Please let me know if my assumption is correct.
