Hi,
We can meter/measure all other energy consumption but we have fin tubes (heating) in our tenant space that we cannot meter. Can we meter the value from the base of the base building riser for each facade and extrapolate the value for our tenant space? I was wondering if this would be accepted as an advanced metering
Thanks!

You should be able to install a BTU meter on the hot water supply that would meet the advanced metering requirements.

Marcus, Thank you for the quick reply! We have a meter for hot water supply for whole building, but not tenant level. My question is; can we estimate the tenant level value by sqft compared to the base building? Would this be accepted as a tenant level metering?

Not as I understand the requirements. You would need to install a meter on the hot water feed to the tenant space.
