NC-2009 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance

Exterior LPD for Block Project

We registered a block project; the Campus boundary includes land scape, existing non-LEED buildings and two LEED certification candidate buildings. The Phase-1 is registered as NC while the Phase-2 is registered as CS. The landscape will have some additional exterior lighting fixtures. For the energy model of Phase-1 and Phase-2 should I still include the Exterior lighting beyond LEED Individual Project Boundary that is within the Campus Boundary?

I would just include the exterior lighting associated with each of the building projects for the models.
