CS-2009 EAp2: Minimum Energy Performance
Hello, is exterior lighting on a roof (terrace) regulated by ASHRAE 90.1-2007? Or shall it be modelled in the same way (same power and same schedules) in the proposed and in the baseline model?

Yes I would use the plaza or special feature areas under building grounds even though it is not on the ground. This is the closest to your situation in my opinion.
