Our project is a build-out in an existing non-LEED building in a suburban office park - there is a shared parking lot for several buildings and we are not adding any NEW spaces. The space is Less than 75% of the total building area. Is it possible to still achieve case 1, option 1 if we designate only the minimum spaces and carpool spaces (via signage, perhaps)? Is it possible to get case 1, option 2...at all?
