NC-2009 EAp2: Minimum Energy Performance
We have a new building but with existing central plant that serves also another building. My question is do i have to model part of existing central or whole. One of the chiller is new and high efficient machine (1 year old) that is capable of handling new building load. Or should I model it as stand alone building?

A portion of our building envelope is historic. Can we exclude it from our model?
