NC-2009 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance
Hi, To do the baseline model envelope I believe I should use the existing one (previous to any alteration). However, they have already demolished the walls/windows so I don't know what was "existing", except for the main structure. Should I model the walls and windows following Table 5.5 Building Envelope Requirements of ASHRAE 90.1 (i.e. as if it was a new building)? Thank you.
