I am looking to confirm, for a client. For a building that was built in 2009, are there any avenues to LEED certification other than LEED EBOM?
It is a 5000 sf office building with no major renovations since it was completed in 2009.

EB O&M is the only full rating system certification for an existing building such as yours, but you could look into using the Arc platform to track the building performance in a system that's aligned with USGBC and can be used to pursue EB O&M down the road.
