NC-2009 IEQp1: Minimum IAQ Performance
Does anyone know if there is a LEED interpretation that allows exhaust-only ventilation in multifamily units under LEED-NC?

You can use exhaust only as mechanical ventilation. Look at the ventilation effectiveness schedule in Table 6-2 to determine how to apply this to your project.
