Hi All,
We are working on an industrial facility (automotive plant). The area around the lorries loading/unloading docking stations is being lit by pole lighting. The lighting levels in the area are mandated by the national legislation (work H&S for loading/unloading). Given that this is mandated by the goverment, while also related to roadway usage, can the Exemption from uplight and light Trespass requirements - government-mandated roadway lighting be applied here?
