I just wanted to confirm that greenfield sites are eligible for exemplary performance for this credit. The LEED Online template seems to suggest that you can't (doesn't give you the option within the template to demonstrate compliance if you have selected greenfield).

That is the opposite of what I was thinking. Even though you aren't asked to calculate the percentage for the base credit, I thought you could still do it for exemplary performance

Sorry, I got it wrong, but the exemplary performance paragraph in this credit mentioned only case#2 (Previously Developed Areas or Graded Sites)
