Exemplary Performance for Electric Vehicles

Is Exemplary Performance available for installing more electric vehicle charging stations than the required 2% in v4.1? It was not available under Green Vehicles in v4 but wondering if that has been updated.

Hi Michelle - I have not seen anything yet in the v4.1 literature adding exemplary for this one.
