NC-2009 SSc2:Development Density and Community Connectivity

Exemplary performance calculation

Dear all LEEDusers, I got a clarification question regarding our project but I am not sure that the review team is correct. My density radius for the base credit is 406 feet (project site is 18,296 sf), therefore the buildable land is 11.88 acres. Am I correct that the radius for the EP would be = 3 x (2 x 18,296 x 43,560)^(1/2) = 574 ft? Thanks for any suggestions!
