Evidence of VOC content

Is a letter from the manufacturer specifying the VOC content of the prodcut acceptable as evidence of VOC content when this piece of information is not present on the cutsheet? This letter gives precision on the standard/method that has been used.

Yes, a signed letter from the manufacturer on company letterhead with the details you reference should be acceptable.
