Evidence Required: sample lease(s) associated with LEED

Hi All, Could someone please enlighten me as to the relevant of the requirement to “provide the lease(s) or sample lease(s) associated with the LEED project” please? What leases?! Equipment leases? Land leases? A sample of these leases i.e. not all are required? I have been though the LEED manual and can find a single reference to ‘lease’ in the EAp2 section. Very grateful for your help, as I’m totally flummoxed!

Hi Kitty, As you know the info entered into EAp2 feeds into and supports EAc1.The requirement to provide the lease(s) kicks in if you are doing a Core and Shell project and want to take credit for energy performance improvement measures which have been implemeted by a tenant. You will find it in the refernence guide under EAc1 on page 274 of the 2009 Edition.
