Pilot-Credits WEpc94:No Cooling Tower

Evaporative Cooling Fan is not available to meet No Cooling Tower option?

We are working on a project without Cooling Tower, also the HVAC system has an Evaporative Cooling Fan.

Does this make that the project can not pursue this credit?
