Can US projects use products which show compliance with VOC emissions requirement through AgBB (European) testing? Or does it need to be CDPH only.

Hi, LEED v4 requires CDPH only for US projects and does not accept European equivalent programs. LEED v4.1 did not continue with this limitation, as far as I can read. Best, Reinhard

This means that projects under LEED v4.1 can use European programs.
