I would think so. The US versions reference the same standard so it makes sense that the same European standard would work across the board.

Hi Maria, did you managed to get this credit approved buying Ekoenergy GOs instead of Green-e RECs for your CS project? We'd like to switch to Ekoenergy GOs, but we have been buying RECs so far, since LEED never referred to Ekoenergy GOs outside the O&M document you linked. Did it work for your CS projects too? Thanks for your answer!
