I am attempting the Ergonomics approach for computer users Pilot credit and I am confused about what exactly needs to be provided to confirm that an Ergonomist or Health and Safety Specialist was utilized in this project. I have an email from the furniture vendor stating that one of their team members is an ergonomist and she reviewed all the furniture selections for this project. Can this email serve as confirmation? Or do I need a formal letter signed by the ergonomist herself?

Hi Anna,
For our project, our client had an ergonomist on the team. It was verified in the plan that the ergonomist was used to construct and implement the plan. Her name was provided at the top of the plan. I think it would be best if you included the name of the ergonomist in the plan and to upload the email as confirmation.
