I am attempting the Ergonomics approach for computer users Pilot credit and I am confused about what exactly needs to be provided to confirm that an Ergonomist or Health and Safety Specialist was utilized in this project. I have an email from the furniture vendor stating that one of their team members is an ergonomist and she reviewed all the furniture selections for this project. Can this email serve as confirmation? Or do I need a formal letter signed by the ergonomist herself?
