Equity Plan examples?

Hello, I am working on a Core and Shell Office Building that does not mee tthe v4 pathway for this credit. Has anyone been able to verify what would qualify as compliant under Option 2 Path 1: Develop and implement an equity plan ?

Hi Casey, I shared a few examples here: https://leeduser.buildinggreen.com/forum/equity-community-benefits Of course this is brand new in v4.1 so I don't know if anyone has gotten an answer from USGBC yet on what they are looking for. I think it's a safe assumption that they kept this credit requirement broad on purpose because there is no one-size-fits-all way to do an equity plan, and it's more about the process than a specific approach...but of course that makes it difficult to write a "reviewable" credit!
