EQpc123- Designing with Nature, Biophilic Design for the Indoor Environment approach

Recently we attempted this pilot credit in one of the Commercial Interior projects. The project plan was completed at the Conceptual stage. Biophilia was proposed as a design concept to connect the occupants with nature and natural elements. Quantitative measures such as Green walls and potted plants are incorporated as design elements. The qualitative measures in the project included the use of earthy tones in the overall office design, the use of natural motifs, bringing in natural light into the workplaces through an open plan design, etc.
