We are working on a project that is already getting an exemplary credit for quality views. Is it possible to get this exemplary credit in addition to the pilot credit?

Hi Marie, The EP for the regular Views credit is showing above and beyond the views for the regularly occupied spaces. The Pilot credit is specifically for non-regularly occupied spaces. You should be able to pursue both with no issues.

Do you need to have achieved the Views credit (LEED-NC, CS, etc) for regularly occupied spaces in order to earn this pilot credit?

Nope. It's a regular Pilot credit, not an alternative compliance path.
