Hi,
We have developed all design activities of Envelope Commissioning and it has been included in OPR, BOD and Cx Plan. However, the thermography analysis have not yet been developed and the Project Owner wants to go forth with the construction submission, as for now it is expected that the certification level is achieved. However, if some credits are denied, he still wants to have the ability to submit the thermography tests that are already planned to obtain the extra 2 credits with an appeal.
Is it possible to submit the thermography tests in a later stage?
Thank you!

Hi Marcus,
Thanks for the response. Also, can the building owner schedule the tests after occupancy, or does it need to be before? Of course the building should be properly tested by the time the occupants arrive, but unfortunately some delays have occured and so he now expects to have the tests finished some time after the occupancy begins.
Thank you.

I am not certain about any requirements for the timing. Maybe one of the Cx experts could chime in. As you indicate the testing is ideally done prior to occupancy. Sometimes easier to fix something that the tests might reveal in an unoccupied building.
