Hello Everyone,
I hope that everyone is well. I am new to the forum. I appreciate all of the contributions that people make here to make LEEDuser what it is.
In regard to Envelope Commissioing, if through testing, deficiencies are found, for example air leakage, is the project then unable to obtain the 2 points? In other words, does deficiency-free reporting documentation need to be uploaded in order to obtain the points, or does the mere evidence that various tests were conducted in accordance with the applicable standards and the required documentation uploaded sufficient. Are the points contingent upon all compliant test results?
Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time.

Tests are not required to pass to achieve the credit as long as a resolution plan is also provided with the LEED application. This applies to building envelope and MEP systems included within the commissioning scope of work.
Good Luck!

David is right of course. The overall goal of Cx is to ensure that systems perform to the design level so that savings that are projected in energy calculations are realized! So the proposed resolution plan and follow-through is so important to the process. While LEED does not track this, the goal should be to resolve all action items on a project.
