CS-v4 EAc1:Enhanced commissioning

Envelope Commissioning

Hi,

I have a question about Envelope Commissioning. For commercial building what tests are nessesery ? Air leakge testing is enough ? Or should I also test the building with thermal imaging camera ?

One more question on what pressure should the envelope air leakage be tested ? And what is the maximum ? Am I right that it should be less than 0,2 L/s m2 @ 75 Pa ?
