I would like to ask if an entrance to a roof terrace is considered a regularly used exterior entrance which needs a 3m long enetryway system?

Hi, did you receive a response to this? My project has the same question.

Hi Laura, unfortunately I didn't get any response to my question.
Moreover there were changes in my project and in the end the investor decided not to make the terrace so I didn't investigate this matter more.

If the terrace is regularly used, then it would be considered a regularly used exterior entrance and require an entryway system. A reviewer is going to consider is regularly used unless you can provide information to convince them otherwise - such as the door is locked except for rare special events, etc.
