Entire floor area counts if at least 75% has a view?

Nope. I tried asking the same thing back in 2019:

Question:
"We have a question for the IEQ Credit for Quality Views for our project.
Under the v2009 Rating System, we were allowed to count all square footage of offices in our favor if the majority complied: "For private office, the entire square footage of the office may be counted if 75% or more of the area has a direct line of sight to perimeter vision glazing. For classrooms and other multi-occupant spaces, the actual square footage with a direct line of sight to perimeter vision glazing is counted."
Under v4, I no longer see that same allowance.
Can you please clarify if we are only allowed to count the exact compliant square footage under each kind of view, or if there are any cases where we may still count the total square footage of a space?"

Response:
"Thank you for contacting us regarding IEQc Quality Views. Projects may only count the exact compliant square footage in LEED v4. As noted under Step 5. Assess View Quality in the LEED v4 Reference Guide, "If the entire regularly occupied space or area does not meet the requirements of the selected view type, include only the regularly occupied floor area that complies."

I also received a response from the GBCI. They say that this is a known issue with the v4.1 calculator. Projects may choose one of these options:

• Use the v4 calculator
• Use the v4.1 calculator and create two rows for each space, one for the compliant part of the space, and one more for the non-compliant area.
