C-Wise, short for carbon wise, was established in 2008. The majority of our business is LEED consulting, the remainder is green residential design. Martha Norbeck, owner, designed and constructed the first LEED Platinum Home in Iowa in 2009. C-Wise has worked with over 50 projects in their pursuit of certification.
