Enhance Cx, 10 month review of building operation

Can anyone provide some guidance or examples of what is recommended for the building operation review within 10 months of substantial completion?

Normally I have a fairly short agenda with lots of open ended questions. The major goal is to determine if there are any operational issues that have come up since the end of commissioning that could be addressed while the project warranty is still in force. If there has not been major issues, then I like to go through the action log and see if some of the larger issues have happened again. This can also jog memories as well. They should have also reported their energy use and that is a good thing to review in a macro sense to see if there are any anomalies. Once all items that need follow up are identified, some investigation may be warranted at the site, but the typical scope for a CxA will end once a game plan is formed for the contractors and design team to address the items identified. On small jobs, this is a couple three hours thing. On a large project, at least a day, maybe more is required.
