Energy source for Reheat

Hello, For the baseline building, does the REHEAT energy source for a VAV system need to be identical to the proposed reheat source, or is it as per the main heating source? For example, my proposed system is a VAV with diesel boilers for space heating. The VAV is also equipped with Electrical Reheat boxes in each zone. For my baseline, System #7 applies. The baseline heating system is therefore a fuel boiler, but what about the baseline reheat? Does it have to be similar to the baseline principal space heating source (i.e., Hot Water Reheat), or can it be similar to the proposed reheat source (i.e., Electrical Reheat)? Thanks!
