Glad to see some of you at the COTE event at our studio last week.

Has anybody heard of this company and technology? https://www.enverid.com

Thanks in advance, Zach

Hi Zach, This approach--of cleaning and recirculating air instead of exhausting and replacing it--is certainly controversial, but has its place, especially where outdoor air isn't ideal. We looked into this product and liked it enough to call it one of BuildingGreen's Top-10 products for 2017. We also touched on it in our detailed report on air-quality and health.  I hope that gives you more to go on. - Nadav

Zach, See Z's comments on EnVerid in this thread: https://www.buildinggreen.com/forum/convincing-your-meps-stop-worrying-and-love-higher-ventilation-rates We are looking at this for a client as well, and one of our other clients is testing it out on one of their properties. My main concern is not so much Co2 levels, but airborne viruses/bacteria. Would be curious if propagation of illnesses was unchanged with Enverid.

Ilana Thank you for the link - this thread captures a lot of the follow up questions and other considerations that I was looking into for the application. Nadav - appreciate the link to the report - in addition to considering this system, it is a fantastic summary of where we are and how we got here.  Zach
