NC-2009 EAp2: Minimum Energy Performance
Dear all,
I'm working on a passive building in which it was decided, as energy efficiency technique, to be buried. I wonder if the baseline case must be modeled on ground floor as the initial plan or buried as the proposed case

I think there might have been a LEED Interpretation regarding an earth-bermed project. My guess is that you could claim savings but will need to do it as an exceptional calculation.
