What path should I take if a project is a Campus with 6 or more Residential Buildings with 3 floors each. This is because in ASHRAE 90.1 - 2007 the Low Rise residential buildings are out of the scope of the standard. Does apendix G applies to any building including Low Rise Residencial?
Reviewing the other options in EA c1 the buildings don't comply with any so what path do I follow for both EA p1 and EA c1??
Can anyone help me?

Instead of EA p1 I'm referring to EAp2

The IECC includes dorms in their list of residential building types, so you might find that LEED for Homes could be used for your project. It is useful for low-rise residential projects where many of the NC credits don't fit well. Take a look at the Scope & Eligibility Guidelines linked from:

David thanks a lot for your answer, but still don't fit because the project its outside the USA or Canadian territories and LEED for Homes is not available yet for projects outside the USA and Canadian territories.
I've been reading the 90.1-2007 appendix G and it say: "This appendix is not part of the Standard" and it also says: "It may be useful for evaluating the performance of all proposed designs, including alterations and additions to existing buildings, except designs with no mechanical systems."
The 90.1-2007 users manual says:
" The building performance rating system method is intended for rating purpose only. It is not an acceptable means of complying with the Standard 90.1-2007.
The building performance rating method may be used for new buildings as well as alterations and additions to existing buildings. The only exception is for new buildings, alterations or additions that do not have mechanical systems. In this instance the method may not be used.
Does this means that the Appendix G is applicable for all buildings including Low-Rise Residential Buildings??

That's too shame not to have the Homes option. Perhaps you can convince a Homes Provider to travel and submit as a pilot project? Who knows.
We've had energy models based on 90.1 done for 4-story residential projects, some with ground floor commercial spaces, but someone else might have a better idea if this would be accepted for 3-story residential only project.
