Hi Marcus,
I am doing energy modelling for a Bank building. Total Building Area is 55,600 SFT. Please comments on bellow points.
1.In Baseline model i am using only one LPD value EXCEPT(meeting room, restroom, electrical room, corridor and lobby ) as per ASHARE 90.1.2010 Table 9.6.1 "banking activity area 1.38 w/sft" for all offices(semi-enclosed or closed) spaces. Its acceptable or not.
2. HVAC system consist two types of systems. One is Chiller system for all floors except Basement. In Basement split system is for conditioning.Basement total area is 15000 sft and 40,600 sft area served by chiller. Now please guide me how to select the Baseline system for HVAC system.
Thank you

1. I don't think so. That only covers the area where the tellers work, not the offices.
2. Not enough information. What is the heating fuel and how many floors in the building?

It is a system #5 or #6 depending on the heating fuel.

Heating fuel is Electric Resistance.
1.Now heating fuel is electric resistance so i select system 6 for Baseline model for chiller system. But Basement HVAC system consist on Split AC. Which HVAC system is select for Basement ?

Electricity is the default, so the same system. You only select a different baseline system only if one the exceptions to G3.1.1 applies.
