Hi, I am working on a Leed campus project where there is 3 separate buildings which each consist of retail units on the ground floor and office units above. There is two levels of mechanically ventilated car park below which is common to all buildings. In order to report savings for this credit do we separate each building as a separate model and if so which results would we use.

If the LEED project boundary includes all three buildings and they are connected according to the MPRs then you model all three together as one building.
